Carbon Crusher is in search of an Account Executive to spearhead our client engagement and relationship management in the United States.

As an Account Executive at Carbon Crusher, you will play a pivotal role in actively expanding our client base and nurturing our existing relationships and in the US market. Working closely with our VP Commercial, this position demands a strategic approach to new business development. You are required to deeply understand our clients' needs and how our sustainable road rehabilitation solutions can provide unparalleled value. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales, project, and technical teams to ensure that our solutions view us as indispensable partners in their mission towards sustainability and better roads.

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Develop concise, strategic plans for new and key accounts, focusing on client objectives and growth opportunities.
  • Act as the primary contact for new and key clients, fostering trust and understanding their needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits and technical aspects of Carbon Crusher's sustainable solutions, ensuring clients understand the value we bring.
  • Coordinate with delivery, sales, and product teams to meet client needs efficiently, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Identify and act on opportunities for expanding business with new and existing accounts, leveraging our latest solutions and innovations.
  • Regularly assess and report account performance to VP Commercial
  • Attend networking events and tradeshows to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Travel to meet with existing clients to conduct sales meetings and road inspections.
  • Oversee and support the Sales Development Representatives

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, ideally within the road, construction and/or civil engineering sectors.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business challenges and opportunities.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of conveying the value of our solutions to a variety of stakeholders.
  • A collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • A bachelor or master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. 
  • Must have a driver license.

It’s a plus if you:

  • Have experience in the road, infrastructure, construction and/or civil engineering sectors
  • Have experience working with public sector customers
  • Have a network in the road or public sector
  • Are highly proficient with excel and CRM systems
